Abstract: A portable construction hoist adapted to mount flush against the inside surface of a wall. A telescoping mast carries a removeably mounted winch with a remote control pendant. A freely rotatable boom is removeably mounted to the top of the mast. As the boom is rotated, an object which has been raised along the outside of the wall to which the hoist is secured can be brought around and lowered inside the perimeter of the building. The telescoping mast and removable boom and winch facilitate transportation and storage.
