  • Publication number: 20240109870
Abstract: The present application relates to compounds of Formula I comprising an antibody binding domain (ABD) comprising a hapten that binds to an antibody in a subject, the antibody comprising a hapten binding site, an antibody labelling domain (ALD) comprising a functional group that forms a covalent bond with an amino acid in the antibody that is proximal to the hapten binding site and the formation of the covalent bond results in elimination of the ABD and either a target binding domain (TBD) or a detection moiety domain (DMD), each domain being optionally connected with independently selected linkers. The present application also includes methods and uses of the compounds, for example, for immune recognition of target cells by recruited labelled antibodies.

  • Publication number: 20230143154
Abstract: Various implementations include a device for deposition of conformal coatings. The device includes a powder container, a connecting rod, and a crankshaft. The powder container has a first side configured to contain a powder and a second side. The connecting rod has a first end directly hingedly coupled to the second side of the powder container and a second end. The crankshaft has a longitudinal axis, a main shaft portion extending along the longitudinal axis, and a cam portion radially offset from and rotatable about the longitudinal axis. The second end of the connecting rod is directly rotatably coupled to the cam portion. Rotation of the crankshaft about the longitudinal axis causes the second end of the connecting rod to rotate about the longitudinal axis, causing the powder container to linearly oscillate between a first position and a second position.

  • Publication number: 20190291136
Abstract: Systems and techniques are provided for an ultrasonic transducer. A substrate may include a main cavity, a secondary cavity, and a channel. The main cavity may have a greater depth than the secondary cavity. The secondary cavity may have a greater depth than channel. A first step may be formed where the main cavity and the secondary cavity overlap. A second step may be formed where the secondary cavity and the main cavity overlap. An electromechanically active device may be attached to the substrate at the first step and the second step such that a free end of the electromechanically active device is suspended over the main cavity. A membrane section may be bonded to the substrate such that the membrane covers the main cavity and the secondary cavity and is bonded to the free end of the electromechanically active.

  • Patent number: 10240925
Abstract: A gyroscope includes a vibratory structure, and a control mechanism including at least a first electrode, and at least a second electrode adjacent the first electrode, wherein the vibratory structure is separated from the control mechanism by a gap, wherein to drive a vibration in the vibratory structure, the control mechanism is configured to apply an alternating electrical voltage between the first electrode and the second electrode, and wherein to sense motion in the vibratory structure, the control mechanism is configured to apply a direct current voltage bias between the first electrode and the second electrode.

  • Publication number: 20190015252
Abstract: A tip for a phacoemulsification handpiece, including a tubular structure having an elongate portion with generally parallel sides and a flared end portion extending outwardly from the elongate portion and presenting a mouth that is larger in diameter than a lumen diameter of the elongate portion. The tip may include a plurality of internally extending structures coupled to an interior of the tubular structure. A method of surgically removing a crystalline lens of an eye, including evaluating the crystalline lens to determine the level of nuclear sclerosis, sectioning at least a central portion of the crystalline lens into a plurality of lens fragments by application of femtosecond laser energy and aspirating the lens fragments from the eye using a phaco-aspiration tip coupled to a source of suction. The method may include application of pulsed vacuum to aspirate lens fragments.
