  • Publication number: 20140191457
Abstract: A wire holder for managing and aligning wires to corresponding traces in a PCB. The wire holder assists in the manufacturing process of cables and connectors, and especially during the welding process by minimizing the amount of time spent by users manually adjusting the wire positions. The wire holder includes a shaft having a plurality of teeth and claws forming a plurality of comb openings that may either be open so wires can be inserted sideways or closed so wires must be inserted into the comb openings. The plurality of wires are collected into the wire holder and the wire holder is subsequently aligned with the corresponding traces on the PCB prior to the welding of the wires. The wire holder may align wires for double sided PCBs.

  • Publication number: 20050135971
Abstract: A retaining clip for retaining reagent test slides in a stacked arrangement is formed as a unitary member and has first, second and third plates, each having an inner surface and an outer surface. The inner surface of the first plate pivots towards the inner surface of the second plate, and the inner surface of the third plate also pivots such that the inner surfaces of the first and third plates at least partially face each other upon pivoting. The inner surfaces of the first and third plates are separated by a distance to accommodate the reagent test slides in a stacked arrangement. Alternatively, the third and second plates can be fixed rigidly to each other with only the first plate pivoting to at least partially face the third plate upon pivoting.
