Abstract: The present disclosure provides flow cell devices, systems, and methods for facilitating and performing DNA sequencing analysis with reduced system complexity and cost, significant cost of goods saving, and reduced contamination level. The sequencing systems described herein permit processing of multiple flow cells simultaneously, such that sequencing and imaging steps, or multiple sequencing methods, can be performed in parallel using a single sequencing system.

Abstract: An ARM Development Environment (ADE) PCBA and platform. The ADE platform advantageously allows software development for processors, including the current ARM9 processor and its peripherals on a stable, well-known piece of hardware. A wide range of product types can be assembled from subsets of the features of the present invention. The invention allows engineers to experiment with system architecture, user interface, and software development while product-specific hardware and mechanical assemblies are being produced.
