  • Publication number: 20250136403
Abstract: An apparatus for dispensing tie wire having a housing with a main housing part and a cover part. The cover part is releasably joined with the main housing part to thereby place the main housing part and cover part in an assembled relationship wherein a wrapped supply of tie wire is blocked in an operative position within the housing. A latch component is selectively movable between latched and unlatched positions. In the latched position the main housing part and cover part are maintained in the assembled relationship. A latch control is selectively changeable between first and second states, and: i) with the latch control in the first state, the latch control blocks the latch component from moving from the latched position into the unlatched position; and ii) with the latch control in the second state, the latch component can be moved from the latched position into the unlatched position.

  • Patent number: 12005877
Abstract: A trailer braking system having a surge component used in combination with an electric over hydraulic brake system. The surge component includes a sliding member with a magnetic sensor for detecting trailer deceleration, the sliding member providing an initial pressurization of the hydraulic system. A trailer mounted electrical circuit detects when the tow vehicle brakes are applied and includes a microcontroller for detecting the speed of deceleration provided by the magnetic sensor. A trailer mounted electric motor receives a signal from the circuit board to vary pressure to the brakes in accordance with the speed of deceleration.

  • Patent number: 11392360
Abstract: Systems and methods for redeploying source code are disclosed. The method includes receiving a request for previewing redeployment of a selected source code deployment in a target environment. The request includes an identifier of the selected source code deployment and an identifier of the target environment. In addition, the method includes identifying a source code revision identifier of the selected source code deployment, and identifying a source code revision identifier of the latest source code deployment in the target environment. Based on this information, the method retrieves a list of source code revisions between the selected deployment and the latest deployment in the target environment. The retrieving is based on the source code revision identifiers of the selected source code deployment and the latest source code deployment. The method forwards the retrieved list of source code revisions to a client device for rendering on a display of the client device.

  • Patent number: 10740215
Abstract: The invention relates to an API Validator that allows developers to rate their Open API Specification (e.g., swagger files, API contracts) based on the standards for building APIs. The tool may parse the contract and look for compliance (or non-compliance) with the standards, using algorithms. A detailed report and overall score is presented to the developer once the contract has been checked. An embodiment of the present is directed to a plug-in that enables metrics generation as part of an automated build process. An embodiment of the present invention provides an integration process that enables a developer or other user to automatically resolve validation issues identified with APIs.

Abstract: The present invention comprises a new class of compounds useful for the modulation of Beta-secretase enzyme activity and for the treatment of Beta-secretase mediated diseases, including Alzheimer's disease (AD) and related conditions. In one embodiment, the compounds have a general Formula I wherein A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, R2, R7, X, Y and Z of Formula I are defined herein. The invention also includes use of these compounds in pharmaceutical compositions for treatment, prophylactic or therapeutic, of disorders and conditions related to the activity of beta-secretase protein. Such disorders include, for example, Alzheimer's Disease, cognitive deficits, cognitive impairment, schizophrenia and other central nervous system conditions related to and/or caused by the formation and/or deposition of plaque on the brain. The invention also comprises further embodiments of Formula I, intermediates and processes useful for the preparation of compounds of Formula I.

  • Patent number: 8021529
Abstract: A measurement/calibration cell for potentiometrically measuring ion concentration in a fluid interposes a barrier between measuring and reference electrodes and positions the measuring electrode at a sufficiently higher gravimetric potential above the reference electrode that seepage of electrolyte from the latter to the former is effectively precluded. A controller associated with the cell displays instructions and other desired information on a scrolling display such that a substantial amount of information can be presented in a relatively small display window.
