Abstract: A method of facilitating transactions comprises gathering and storing, in a collection, data relating to an item, gathering and storing, in the collection, information from communications, relating to a purchase transaction sequence regarding the item, parsing the collection to extract items of data or information and incorporating at least a portion of the extracted items into transaction documents relating to the purchase transaction sequence, and providing transaction documents to at least one of prospective buyers or prospective sellers, through a platform adapted to facilitate communication between prospective buyers and prospective sellers.
