  • Publication number: 20240146701
Abstract: A secure content delivery or access method may include coordination among three devices such as servers—a content management server, a delivery server, and an authorization server. A request for content may originate from an authorization server application, and may involve the application obtaining two digitally signed tokens for the request. The first token may be from the authorization server, and may include a content management server identifier for the requested content. The second token may include two identifiers for the content: the first identifier being the content management server identifier, and the second being a delivery server identifier. The first and second tokens may be signed by the authorization server and content management server, respectively, and may be delivered to the delivery server for validation. Successful validation may result in the delivery server providing a content decryption key for the requested content to a device requesting the content.

  • Publication number: 20240127367
Abstract: A crop prediction system performs various machine learning operations to predict crop production and to identify a set of farming operations that, if performed, optimize crop production. The crop prediction system uses crop prediction models trained using various machine learning operations based on geographic and agronomic information. Responsive to receiving a request from a grower, the crop prediction system can access information representation of a portion of land corresponding to the request, such as the location of the land and corresponding weather conditions and soil composition. The crop prediction system applies one or more crop prediction models to the access information to predict a crop production and identify an optimized set of farming operations for the grower to perform.

  • Publication number: 20240117036
Abstract: The present invention relates to Tri-Specific Binding Molecules, which are multi-chain polypeptide molecules that possess three Binding Domains and are thus capable of mediating coordinated binding to three epitopes. The Tri-Specific Binding Molecule is preferably characterized in possessing binding domains that permit it to immunospecifically bind to: (1) an epitope of a first Cancer Antigen, (2) an epitope of a second Cancer Antigen, and (3) an epitope of a molecule that is expressed on the surface of an immune system effector cell, and are thus capable of localizing an immune system effector cell to a cell that expresses a Cancer Antigen, so as to thereby facilitate the killing of such cancer cell.

  • Patent number: 11956609
Abstract: A context-aware voice guidance method is provided that interacts with other voice services of a user device. The voice guidance does not provide audible guidance while the user is making a verbal request to any of the voice-activated services. Instead, the voice guidance transcribes its output on the screen while the verbal requests from the user are received. In some embodiments, the voice guidance only provides a short warning sound to get the user's attention while the user is speaking on a phone call or another voice-activated service is providing audible response to the user's inquires. The voice guidance in some embodiments distinguishes between music that can be ducked and spoken words, for example from an audiobook, that the user wants to pause instead of being skipped. The voice guidance ducks music but pauses spoken words of an audio book in order to provide voice guidance to the user.

  • Patent number: 11947768
Abstract: A method for multi-touch detection in a touch input device comprising a grid based sensor, the method comprises sampling outputs from a grid based sensor over a first stage of detection, selecting sensor lines based on the sampled outputs, scanning the selected sensor lines along one axis of the grid based sensor over a second stage of detection, and determining positions of user interaction based on outputs sampled in response to scanning the selected sensor lines during the second stage of detection.

  • Publication number: 20240090670
Abstract: A chair includes first support comprising a passageway, a second support, a body of material extending from the first support to the second support, a rod extending between the first support and the second support, and a threaded nut. The rod includes a main body and a threaded portion sized to be received by the passageway. The threaded nut is configured to be positioned about and to interface with the threaded portion. Rotating the rod clockwise causes the main body to move laterally away from the support.

  • Publication number: 20240089235
Abstract: A packet-filtering network appliance such as a threat intelligence gateway (TIG) protects TCP/IP networks from Internet threats by enforcing certain policies on in-transit packets that are crossing network boundaries. The policies are composed of packet filtering rules derived from cyber threat intelligence (CTI). Logs of rule-matching packets and their associated flows are sent to cyberanalysis applications located at security operations centers (SOCs) and operated by cyberanalysts. Some cyber threats/attacks, or incidents, are composed of many different flows occurring at a very high rate, which generates a flood of logs that may overwhelm computer, storage, network, and cyberanalysis resources, thereby compromising cyber defenses.

  • Patent number: 11900101
Abstract: Methods, systems, computer-readable media, and apparatuses are described for sending different update times corresponding to a same version of a resource. A computing device may provide a version of a resource in response to requests from a plurality of different devices, and may indicate different update times for the version of the resource. The different update times may be based on times associated with the requests from the plurality of different devices.

  • Patent number: 11855900
Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, and methods are described for managing concurrent requests from clients for services. Client computing devices may be permitted to use available capacity beyond their associated thresholds. If a total quantity of current connections associated with a service is greater than or equal to a total connection threshold, connections with a client exceeding its connection threshold may be closed. A request for a new connection from another client may be granted based on closing the connections.

  • Publication number: 20230188575
Abstract: A content network is presented where at least one of non-personalized data commonly applicable to a user base and personalized data is maintained. In an aspect, each element of the personalized data may be applicable to at least one, but less than all, of users within the user base. The non-personalized data may be stored across a plurality of servers included in a group, and the personalized data is stored across at least one, but less than all, of the plurality of computing devices included in the group. An update to data stored may be received and a determination made as to whether the update to data is to the non-personalized data or the personalized data. Then, one of the non-personalized data or the personalized data set stored in the server may be updated.

  • Publication number: 20230058191
Abstract: A supplementary circuit for process supply lines of a welding torch or cutting torch has at least one connection device to a welding current source arranged on it, wherein electrical energy and other media are conveyed to the welding torch or cutting torch via the connection device and via a process supply line that is preferably held in a hose pack of the welding torch or cutting torch. Electrical energy for operating a peripheral device, such as a sensor, a drive unit or a controller for the drive unit, is branched or tapped off from at least one electrical process supply line without significantly affecting the electric arc process. The supplementary circuit provided for branching or tapping off the electrical energy is coupled in parallel onto the welding current circuit. This coupling is based on direct ohmic contact or on a galvanic coupling.

  • Publication number: 20220317638
Abstract: Systems and methods for managing device controls are disclosed. One method can comprise determining an orientation of a controller and comparing the orientation of the controller and an activation orientation. If the orientation of the controller substantially matches the activation orientation, a control relationship between the controller and the user device may be automatically activated, and if the orientation of the controller does not substantially match the activation orientation, control options to a user of the controller.
