The exterior pocket may be produced from a v-shaped opening integrally formed in a flexible shell that surrounds a backing. A separate insert is capable of being attached to one end of the folding case, and remains between the two halves of the folding case when in the closed position. The insert including a plurality of pages for holding cards, wherein each of the plurality of pages is joined at one end to create an accordion structure. A strap or clip for fastening the insert to the folding case is located adjacent the end opposite the one end where the plurality of pages are joined.
