Abstract: Methods and systems for the automatic deduplication of a set of data records corresponding to a plurality of unique items are described. An automated engine generates corresponding metadata for each data record in the set of data records. A graph network is generated based on the set of data records, including the generated metadata, where the graph network comprises a plurality of nodes and a plurality of edges connecting the nodes, each node corresponding to a respective data record of the set of data records and each edge representing a relationship between two associated nodes. A subset of nodes in the graph network is assigned to a respective item of the plurality of unique items and verified using an LLM. The graph network is updated, based on the verification. The disclosed methods and systems enable the effective deduplication of data records in a computationally efficient manner.
