Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for initiating an Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) for facilitating user interaction with an automated call handling system such as Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. A computer-implemented method may obtain a command for initiating an IVA system during a call between a mobile device operated by a user and an automated call handling system. Next, the method may obtain a first natural language command from the mobile device, determine a first user action based on the first natural language command, and transmit the determined user action to the automated call handling system. Finally, the method may obtain a first audio response from the automated call handling system in response to the transmitted user action, and transmit the first audio response to the user upon determining that the first audio response includes information associated with the first user request.

The system may include a receiver adapted to receive incoming signals and a transmitter adapted to send outgoing signals. The system may cause the circuitry to use the receiver to obtain information gathered from one or more applications supported by the electronic device. The system may cause the circuitry to remove a subset of personally identifying information from the information obtained. The system may determine an estimated user preference for a functionality of a set of functionalities using the information obtained. The functionality may correspond to an icon in an array of icons presentable on a display of the electronic device. The system may use the transmitter to communicate the estimated user preference for the functionality to the electronic device.

The combustor has a radially outer surface that defines a diffuser chamber radially outwardly of the combustor. The turbine section has a high pressure turbine first stage blade that has an outer tip, and a blade outer air seal positioned radially outwardly of the outer tip. A tap for tapping air has been compressed by the compressor and is passed through a heat exchanger. The air downstream of the heat exchanger passes through at least one pipe and into a manifold radially outward of the blade outer air seal, and then passes across the blade outer air seal to cool the blade outer air seal.

A heat exchanger is configured to deliver air at a first temperature to the blade outer air seal at a first operating condition to allow the blade outer air seal to move in a first direction to maintain a desired clearance, and configured to deliver air at a second temperature to the blade outer air seal at a second operating condition to allow the blade outer air seal to move in a second direction to maintain a desired clearance, and wherein the second temperature is less than the first temperature. A gas turbine engine and a method of controlling tip clearance in a gas turbine engine are also disclosed.

The recommendation may be generated based on the obtained geolocation information, merchant information, and consumer information.
