Abstract: A manufacturing process for a grille element of a media playback system is provided. In one embodiment a sheet of plastic is thermoformed into a desired shape. Holes may have been drilled into the sheet of plastic prior to being thermoformed. Once thermoformed into the desired shape, a coating is applied and cured via a subsequent heat treatment process that anneals the material to remove additional stresses in the material from thermoforming. Once formed and heat treated, the formed component can be bonded to profile substrates to help maintain the formed desired shape.

Abstract: The present disclosure comprises both a self-pressurizing food storage device and method of use. The device defines and presents an enclosed food storage chamber composing an internal air pressure of about 1 psi to about 10 psi above ambient air pressure outside the chamber by providing a geometrically and ergonomically comfortable lid assembly, a food container adapted to mate with the lid assembly, and means for closingly mating them together. No external, detachable pump is required to create the elevated pressure within the food containing chamber.

Abstract: A faucet 10 includes a brass support 42 mounted in a precise location in a housing 12 of the faucet. A slot 60 is formed in the brass support and receives a tab 64 of a color code ring 36 as the ring is positioned on top of a tower 18 of the housing 12 to properly locate the ring relative to the housing and to preclude rotation relative thereto. A shroud cover 19 is secured to the brass support 42 above the ring 60 to capture the ring between the cover and the top of the tower 18 and thereby preclude axial movement of the ring. Exterior surfaces 38 and 40 of the fixed ring 36 are formed with contrasting colors, such as "red" and "blue," which are clearly visible on opposite sides of the faucet 10. A handle 20 of the faucet 10 is located above the shroud cover 19 and is mounted for movement relative to the housing 12, the color code ring 36 and the shroud cover.
