    Abstract: An interface system may include a communication interface. The interface system may include one or more processing units communicatively coupled with the communication interface. The interface system may include a memory having instructions stored thereon that, when executed, cause the one or more processing units to provide an application programming interface (API) that enables a managing authority system and a plurality of mobility entity systems to communicate with one another and the interface system via the communications interface. Each of the mobility entity systems may provide at least one mode of transportation. The instructions may further cause the one or more processing units to establish a communications link between the managing authority system and at least one of the plurality of mobility entity systems.

The method comprising detecting a level of at least one micro RNA (miR) selected from the group consisting of hsa-miR-361-5p, hsa-miR-629-5p, hsa-miR-628-3p, hsa-miR-379-5p, hsa-miR-1-3p, hsa-miR-26a-5p, hsa-miR-125a-5p, hsa-miR-125b-5p, hsa-miR-142-5p and hsa-miR-340-5p in a biological sample of the subject, wherein when said level of said at least one micro RNA (miR) is higher than that in a control sample, it is indicative of FTD.
