Each of the first side and second side of the face plate comprises a plurality of face plate attachment points. The web comprises a plurality of mounting plate complementary attachment points and a plurality of face plate complementary attachment points corresponding to the plurality of mounting plate attachment points and the plurality of face plate attachment points, respectively. The web is resilient to provide a retention force to keep the mounting plate and face plate in position.
