    Abstract: Embodiments provide a strip gasket with one or more adhesive strips on the gasket. The strip gasket resists stretching because a non-stretchable carrier is located within an adhesive strip on the gasket which helps prevent the gasket from being stretched. The strip gasket is also able to create a tight seal when it is installed against a desired surface. This tight seal prevents water and other particulate matter from passing around the strip gasket.
