Specifically, the system and method of the instant invention analyzes data points attributable to specific scheduled patients in order to predict the overall workload for service providers in a given period and then, if appropriate, recommendations are made for adding additional appointments to a schedule in an optimal manner in order to align the number of clients to be seen with the number of appointment slots available.
