The fiber optic cable further includes an outer jacket and a strength member disposed in the outer jacket. The cable pulling assembly is engaged to the second end of the fiber optic cable. The cable pulling assembly includes an enclosure defining a cavity. The second end of the fiber optic cable is disposed in the cavity. An adhesive is disposed in the cavity. The adhesive secures the strength member of the fiber optic cable to the enclosure.
