Abstract: The present invention provides system and method, including computer programs encoded on non-transitory computer storage media, for dynamic creation of priority transit, wherein one transiting vehicle has priority over another transiting vehicle, or plurality of vehicles, the system comprising input from a plurality of navigation devices, and a server, or distributed computing platform, to receive from the plurality of navigation devices a periodic time series of location points, and the dynamic creation of an agreement, or Ricardian contract, for priority traffic preference between parties while in transit wherein the first, or priority requesting, party exchanges credits or tokens of value to another, or yielding, party in exchange for transit preference and priority.
