  • Publication number: 20090038103
Abstract: A bath sponge is formed from a foamed polyurethane to have a plurality of relatively shallow and small pores distributed over an outer surface thereof, and is provided on or between the shallow and small pores with a plurality of staggered and relatively deep and large holes resembling seawater corroded holes. Each of the relatively deep and large holes is internally provided at a bottom with a deeper and size-reduced hole, which do not extend through the bath sponge. Therefore, the bath sponge not only has an appearance like a natural sponge, but also has structural strength, breaking resistance, water absorbing ability, and softness better than both the natural sponge and other general types of bath sponge.

  • Publication number: 20070141094
Abstract: A composite of foamed substance and soap substance includes a foamed substance formed according to a selected shape and encased by a soap substance. When the soap substance is almost totally consumed, it can still attach to the foamed substance so that it can be fully used. After the soap substance is exhausted, the foamed substance can still be used continuously. The foamed substance has a fiber structure which can be rubbed to easily generate a greater amount of fine foams to save consumption of the soap substance and achieve a cleaning effect. The foamed substance is formed by interweaving of foamed substance fibers which have a surface covered by a resin layer. The resin layer is elastic and can enhance the extensibility of the foamed substance, and can also be permeated with a water-base pigment to enhance the aesthetic and visual appealing of the entire product.

  • Patent number: 7175239
Abstract: The present invention discloses a method of manufacturing mess sponges comprised of a sponge, a rope and a binder by using a folding method to repeatedly fold the sponge for several times into a flower-shaped structure having a plurality of pedals and a pistils/stamina. Since the sponge has a high density and adhesiveness for the soap and a powerful rubbing and scrubbing effect, which can be used for scrubbing a dirtier position of our body. The flower-shaped structure can also clean the smoother and softer parts of our body, and thus can greatly enhance the convenience of scrubbing human body, since the flower-shaped structure has a plurality of pedals and pistils/stamina. The present invention not only has a better appearance than other shower scrubbing tools, but also provides a more convenient way for its use.

  • Publication number: 20060168749
Abstract: A bendable bathing scrubber includes a scrubber and a stem which contains a flexible metal strip. The metal strip is covered by a foamed outer layer to facilitate safety grasping without slipping. The scrubber is fastened to the stem to provide scrubbing and cleaning function. The stem may be bent to any desired angle and maintained a fixed condition after bent to meet the cleaning requirements of individual users.

  • Publication number: 20050194707
Abstract: A method for manufacturing pliable sponges aims to fabricate sponges with a pliable surface tissue similar to that of natural sponge. The method includes steps of: foaming and molding material to form sponge cavities; electrifying a molding device to raise the temperature until reaching the sponge melting temperature; sinking the molding device into the sponge on a random spot on the surface of the sponge; and melting away a portion of the sponge in irregular directions to form larger and irregular crevices. The sponge thus formed has properties similar to natural sponge, can provide snug contact with the human body and generate improved cleaning and massage effects.

  • Publication number: 20050108845
Abstract: A bathing tool for securing a cleaning object by a fixing object primarily uses upper and lower contacting members to secure the cleaning object, and the cleaning object is compressed to form an accommodating space, such that the fixing object can be secured into a fixed position simultaneously. Such arrangement can save the traditional process of having a hole on the cleaning object and the contacting members, and effectively enhance the effect of securing the fixing object and prevent the cleaning object from being improperly pulled and damaged.

  • Publication number: 20050112965
Abstract: A resilient and colored bath sponge mainly aims at improving color control and the color layer peeling problems occurring in conventional bath sponges. The layer is made by blending a pigment during the blowing process or spraying a water-soluble pigment on the exterior of the finished product. The bath sponge of the invention is a mesh structure consisting of sponge fibers. Each of the sponge fibers includes a foam body and a resilient and colored resin layer covering the foam body. The resin layer can generate a smooth feeling to touch, is aesthetically appealing and reinforces the sponge fibers.

  • Patent number: 6031599
Abstract: The present invention provides a photo printer with an adjustable thermal print head. The printer includes a cantilever mechanism that raises or lowers a thermal print head for either removing a photo or printing the photo. The force exerted on the thermal print head is adjusted by an adjusting mechanism which uses an elastic mechanism with an adjusting screw and a spring. A platen roller feeds the photo through the device. The contacting stress between the thermal print heads and the platen roller is individually adjusted so that pressure can be maintained evenly at all times.
