Abstract: The present specification discloses a composition, a system, and a method for predicting or diagnosing Alzheimer's disease, comprising a detecting agent of a B cell receptor clonotype specific to an Alzheimer's disease patient, and the composition according to one aspect of the present invention has an excellent effect in predicting or diagnosing Alzheimer's disease by simply using peripheral blood mononuclear cells isolated from a subject, in addition to methods such as MRI and PET scans using radioactive substances, by comprising a detecting agent of a B cell receptor (BCR) clonotype specific to an Alzheimer's disease patient.
