  • Patent number: 11944797
Abstract: A device for adjusting the tightening angle of a needle safety protector is proposed. The device is configured to provide an injection needle in an integrated state with a needle hub for preventing reuse of the injection needle and to fasten the needle hub to a needle safety protector that is disposed of in a folded state after use, a fastening structure is improved such that rotation is possible by a predetermined angle when the needle safety protector is rotated. Accordingly, an injection is safely performed by correcting the injection needle to the reference direction. In addition, even when a syringe is assembled by deviating from a reference angle during the mass production with the automatic line, the wrong angle is corrected in use.

  • Publication number: 20230072979
Abstract: A drug injection control device includes a housing, a dose dial rotatably coupled to the housing, a cartridge holder coupled to an opposite side of the housing, an injection button, a spring base non-rotatably coupled to the housing, an injection amount setting module to set an amount of the drug to be injected by storing a twisting moment in a torsion spring in the housing, and a drug delivery module to deliver a drug from the cartridge embedded in the cartridge holder by moving through the release of the twisting moment. The spring base includes a ratchet to engage with ratchet protrusions in the dose dial during the rotation of the dose dial, and feedback on the set injection amount of the drug is provided through generating a sound by sequential contact between the ratchet and the ratchet protrusions radially formed along a radial direction on the dose dial.

  • Publication number: 20230077308
Abstract: A drug injection control device allows a structure in which a piston rod moving with a rod guide makes a linear motion to stably inject a drug set through a dose dial. When an injection amount of drug is preset through an injection amount setting module configured to make a rotational motion with the dose dial in a housing to set the amount of drug to be injected by storing the twisting moment in a torsion spring, in actuating a drug delivery module switchably coupled to the injection amount setting module by an injection button on top of the drug injection control device, the rod guide is connected to the inside of the piston rod through a reset tube movably coupled to the injection button to allow a sub-linear motion of the piston rod.

  • Publication number: 20230074677
Abstract: A drug injection control device has a structure in which a rod lock screw-coupled to an outer circumferential surface of a piston rod can only make a linear motion under restricted rotation in a rod holder with the rotation of a rod guide and the sub-linear motion of the piston rod. When an injection amount of drug is preset through an injection amount setting module configured to make a rotational motion with a dose dial in a housing to set the amount of drug to be injected by storing the twisting moment in a torsion spring, a button plate is fixed and positioned in the dose dial to perform a function of supporting a button spring, and an injection button is slidably coupled through the button plate, so the injection button rotates simultaneously with the rotation of the dose dial, but allows a stable pushing operation through the button plate.

  • Publication number: 20230057245
Abstract: A drug injection control device has a structure in which a rod lock screw-coupled to a piston rod can make a linear motion under restricted rotation within a rod holder with the rotation of a rod guide and the sub-linear motion of the piston rod. When the injection amount of drug is preset through an injection amount setting module to make a rotational motion with a dose dial in a housing to set the amount of drug to be injected by storing the twisting moment in a torsion spring, in actuating a drug delivery module switchably coupled to the injection amount setting module, the rod lock can make a linear motion by the sliding motion of a lock protrusion through a lock guide formed through the rod holder along the lengthwise direction on the rotation of the rod guide and the sub-linear motion of the piston rod.

  • Publication number: 20220233787
Abstract: A syringe with a safe disposal structure and a function improvement structure is proposed. In the syringe, a locking protrusion protrudes on a needle safety protector main body, and a cover has a locking protrusion insertion groove, so that the cover is tightly locked alongside a barrel of a syringe assembly as the cover is pushed rearward while the locking protrusion and the locking protrusion insertion groove are engaged together. Accordingly, the injection is performed in a stable state without the obstruction of the shaking cover, and after the injection is completed, the syringe assembly is held by one hand and the cover of the needle safety protector is pressed against a surface such as a wall surface or a floor surface, so that the cover is bent around “V”-shaped bending grooves of the cover and the injection needle held in the cover is also bent, thereby preventing the reuse of the syringe.

  • Publication number: 20220226585
Abstract: A Luer-lock fastening needle hub is proposed. The Luer-lock fastening needle hub has an insertion groove for a front end of a tapered tube of a barrel to receive the tapered tube into which a plunger is inserted, so that a plunger contact surface is inserted into the tapered tube of a front discharge end of the barrel. The Luer-lock fastening needle hub has a needle cap fastening grooves formed along an outer circumference thereof and “V”-shaped insertion guides are formed in four direction at front portions of openings of the needle cap fastening grooves, so that fastening protrusions formed on an inner surface of a needle cap are unaffectedly guided by the “V”-shaped insertion guides and are easily aligned and fastened to the needle cap fastening grooves.

  • Publication number: 20220184323
Abstract: A disposable injection device according to an embodiment has a locking structure to prevent reuse in which, in a state where a locking module accommodating a liquid cartridge in which the injection of an injection solution is completed is additionally pressed, when the pressing force is removed, the pressed locking module is raised and lowered due to a restoring force of an elastic spring located in a compressed state at a lower end of the locking module and locked to an outer housing, and thus the locking module is prevented from being further pressed, and smoothly separates the locking module from the outer housing through a separation guide portion having a tapered shape and formed on an upper end of the outer housing through a pressure head constituting an upper portion of a pressurizing piston unit in a state where in the injection of the injection solution is completed.
