Abstract: An apparatus of tilting a seat cushion of a vehicle, includes a tilting motor, a pinion gear, a sector gear, and a tilting link which perform the tilting operation of the seat cushion and exert a binding force in a tilted state of the seat cushion and are provided to be connected to both of one side and the other side of a seat cushion frame, and has two sector gears positioned on left and right sides and connected to each other by a connection bar so that, by strengthening a binding force of the front portion of the seat cushion, it is possible to secure the safety of passengers in the event of a collision.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a free information usage certificate service system which is capable of distributing free information usage certificates to customers to enable the customers to use mobile contents from at least one associated mobile contents provider free of charge using the free information usage certificates. A portion of the price for online/off line product purchase or the fee for online/off line service use is returned to a customer in the form of a free information usage certificate as a reward for the product purchase or service use, thereby reducing the customer's burden of information usage fee and thus enabling the customer to benefit from a more tangible reward service.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are an advertisement-linked free message provision system and a mobile communication terminal. In the advertisement-linked free message provision system, a customer receives a free message content linked to an advertisement of an advertiser, or affiliated store, through a customer terminal and propagates the advertisement of the advertiser and free messages to other parties, typically his/her acquaintances, using the received free message content. Therefor, the customer can send messages free of charge, and the advertiser, or affiliated store, cab maximize advertising effects and thus gain an opportunity to win over new customers, which leads to an advanced mobile target marketing advertising activity over an existing one-to-one target marketing advertising activity.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a free-call certificate service system. The free-call certificate service system is capable of returning a portion of the price for online/offline product purchase or fee for online/offline service use to a customer in the form of a free-call certificate, which allows the customer to conduct a telephone conversation free of charge up to a predetermined amout of money or for a predetermined period of time, as a reward for the product purchase or service use, so as to reduce the customer's burden of communication cost and thus enable the customer to enjoy a more tangible reward service.
