  • Patent number: 5627796
Abstract: A pulse generation circuit of a memory comprises a first logic operation unit for performing a logical operation on an address transition detection pulse and a delayed address transition detection pulse to produce first and second pulses, a switching unit controlled by an externally applied write enable signal for selecting one of the first and second pulses as an output pulse and for inverting the write enable signal, and a second logic operation unit for performing a logical operation on the output pulse and the inverted write enable signal from the switching unit to generate a word line enable signal and a sense amplifying enable signal.

  • Patent number: 5562435
Abstract: A structure for preventing axial leakage in a scroll compressor includes a fixed scroll, a closer mounted on the fixed scroll, a discharge chamber formed on the closer, a discharge port formed at the center of the fixed scroll, and a variable back pressure formed between the closer and the fixed scroll. The variable back pressure chamber is formed penetrating to the discharge chamber by a polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) or a piston. By the polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) having uniform expansion coefficient and the piston, the variable back pressure chamber is closed in case of high discharge pressure and opened in case of low pressure. A downward sealing force is acting on small area of a upper surface of the fixed scroll in case of high discharge pressure and broad area in case of low pressure.

  • Patent number: 5540572
Abstract: The present invention provides a structure for preventing an axial leakage in a scroll compressor. The structure prevents a fixed scroll from rotating on its own axis or swinging in its radial direction, when the fixed scroll is pushed toward an orbiting scroll by refrigerant pressure in a discharge chamber, thereby the axial leakage is precluded. The structure includes a plurality of guide holes formed at the outer circumferential portions of a fixed scroll, and a plurality of projections formed at the outer circumferential portions of a main frame and inserted into the guide holes respectively, so as to allow a sliding movement of the fixed scroll in its radial direction.

  • Patent number: 5495449
Abstract: The present invention discloses a semiconductor memory device. The device comprises memory cells for storing data, bit line pairs connected to the memory cells and for transmitting the data, data line pairs for transmitting the data to the bit line pairs, column select transistors for controlling transmission of the data between the bit line pairs and the data line pairs, precharging transistors for precharging the data line pairs, an address state transition detecting means for generating an address state transition detection pulse by detecting state transition of an address signal, a data state transition detection means for generating a data state transition detection pulse by detecting state of the data, a control circuit for enabling the precharging transistors in response to the address state transition detection pulse, the data state transition detection pulse, and a write enable signal, thereby protecting an entry of invalid data by ensuring enough write recovery time and data hold time.

  • Patent number: 5460144
Abstract: Fluid fuel traveling through a fuel line is ionized by the action of infrared rays emitted from a ceramic material disposed within two cases containing multiple compartments through which the fuel line extends. Both cases contain pairs of permanent magnets which establish magnetic flux patterns tending to break-up the fuel into small particles. A resonator is mounted in a compartment of one case and a resonance vibrator is mounted opposite said resonator in a compartment of the other case. Two layers of a material emitting infrared rays are disposed on opposite sides of the fuel line with an additional magnetic member being disposed between said layers.

  • Patent number: 5342586
Abstract: A combustion efficiency enhancing apparatus for liquid fuel dissolves/ionizes liquid fuel and divides it into particles with microwaves. The apparatus deoxidizes the incomplete combustion materials with a catalyst and again ionizes the liquid fuel. The fuel flow of the particles is promoted, and the liquid fuel is burnt with a contact surface to oxygen which is relatively larger, thereby accomplishing complete combustion, enhancing the combustion efficiency and minimizing exhaust gas so as to reduce pollution.
