Abstract: A method and system for controlling the flow of postal mail in real-time are provided. The logistical system includes a pre-application processing system, a real-time mail planning and adjusting system, and a real-time working planning and performing system. The pre-application processing system registers bulk mail inputted in a generating system for generating bulk mail, and includes sending data and quantity data of the registered bulk mail. The real-time mail planning and adjusting system collects predetermined working plan quantities to process the pre-application that processes the quantity data for respective distribution centers, compares operating reference data of transport vehicles between the distribution centers to set transport vehicle dates, and allocates temporary vehicles when a quantity for delivery between the distribution centers exceeds processing capacities of the distribution centers.

  • Patent number: 6728650
Abstract: A high power amplifier operating point determination apparatus and method determines an operating point of a high power amplifier for satellite communications system. For the purpose, the apparatus employs a DC voltage converting block in a channel amplifier located at a front-end of the high power amplifier, which couples an output power of the channel amplifier and converts the coupled output power to a DC voltage. Accordingly, in a ground monitoring center, before satellite launching, there are mapped the output power value of the high power amplifier and the DC voltage level of the channel amplifier per each command step assigned to an FGM or an ALC mode. After the satellite launching, it is possible to detect the operating point and the output power level of the high power amplifier based on mapped results by using the DC voltage level as telemetry information.
