  • Publication number: 20240125848
Abstract: A leakage current detection circuit includes: a mirror circuit configured to copy a leakage current flowing through a node and generate a copy current in a copy node; an oscillation circuit including a charge storage unit, the oscillation circuit being connected to the copy node, charged with the copy current, and configured to generate an oscillation signal by charging and discharging the charge storage unit; and a calculation circuit configured to calculate an amount of the leakage current based on the oscillation signal.

  • Patent number: 11953502
Abstract: The present invention relates to an epitope of a thioredoxin-1 (Trx1) antigen and a use thereof, and more particularly, to the epitope, and an antibody or an antigen-binding fragment binding thereto. The epitope region of the human Trx1 antigen confirmed in the present invention may be effectively used in the development of an improved antibody to enhance the binding affinity of an anti-Trx1 antibody. In addition, the improved antibody of the present invention is effective in improvement of performance of a breast cancer diagnosis kit due to excellent binding affinity for Trx1 and very high sensitivity and specificity, compared to a conventional anti-Trx1 antibody. Further, the accuracy and reliability of breast cancer diagnosis may significantly increase because exceptionally high sensitivity and specificity are exhibited by detecting the monoclonal antibody of the present invention, which specifically binds to Trx1, rather than detecting CA15-3, another conventional breast cancer diagnostic biomarker.

  • Patent number: 11942427
Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a first interlayer insulating film disposed on a substrate and having a first trench. A first lower conductive pattern fills the first trench and includes first and second valley areas that are spaced apart from each other in a first direction parallel to an upper surface of the substrate. The first and second valley areas are recessed toward the substrate. A second interlayer insulating film is disposed on the first interlayer insulating film and includes a second trench that exposes at least a portion of the first lower conductive pattern. An upper conductive pattern fills the second trench and includes an upper barrier film and an upper filling film disposed on the upper barrier film. The upper conductive pattern at least partially fills the first valley area.

  • Publication number: 20240097061
Abstract: The present invention discloses a back contact solar cell. The back contact solar cell includes a semiconductor substrate having a front surface and a rear surface; a first conductive type semiconductor region having a first conductive type and a second conductive type semiconductor region having a second conductive type at an interval on the rear surface of the semiconductor substrate. Furthermore, the rear surface of the semiconductor substrate has a texturing structure at the interval between the first conductive type semiconductor region and the second conductive type semiconductor region.
