  • Publication number: 20230148213
Abstract: The present invention relates an alkanolamine/amine-grafted metal-organic framework-based carbon dioxide adsorbent and, more specifically, to an alkanolamine/amine-grafted metal-organic framework-based carbon dioxide adsorbent that can effectively reduce renewable energy generated in the process of adsorption and desorption of carbon dioxide, and maintain structural stability against moisture present in exhaust gas, thereby being capable of effectively capturing carbon dioxide in an actual fluidized bed. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a carbon dioxide adsorbent capable of maintaining structural stability against changes in adsorption/desorption temperatures and moisture.

  • Publication number: 20220323930
Abstract: The present invention relates to a carbon dioxide adsorbent based on a hydrophobic silane-coated amine-functionalized MOF/alumina composite and, more specifically, to a carbon dioxide adsorbent based on a hydrophobic silane-coated amine-functionalized MOF/alumina composite, capable of maintaining structural stability by means of the moisture present in exhaust gas, and thus can effectively capture carbon dioxide in a real fluidized bed. According to the present invention, provided are a carbon dioxide adsorbent and a preparation method therefor, the carbon dioxide adsorbent being capable of maintaining structural stability by means of the moisture present in exhaust gas since the surface of a porous metal-organic framework/alumina oxide composite is coated with hydrophobic silane.

  • Patent number: 11465959
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for preparing 4,4?-dihydroxy-[1,1?-biphenyl-3,3?-dicarboxylic acid], the method comprising a step for preparing a compound represented by chemical formula 1 by reacting a compound represented by chemical formula 2 with a base according to reaction formula 1. [reaction formula 1] [chemical formula 1] [chemical formula 2] According to the present invention, because use of additional carbon dioxide is unnecessary during the reaction, internal pressure is lowered during same, the reaction can be carried out at a lower temperature, the yield from the synthesis is notably improved as hardening of the resulting substance is absent, and H4dobpdc can be synthesized in large amounts as an additional process for obtaining pure ligands is unnecessary.
