  • Publication number: 20240104935
Abstract: An apparatus for recognizing an object includes a camera that obtains a 2D image, a lidar that obtains a 3D image, and a processor. The processor generates a bird's-eye view (BEV) feature map by extracting features from a two-dimensional plane BEV generated based on 3D information. The processor also generates an image feature map by extracting features of a multi-channel 2D image in which the 3D information is added to the 2D image. The processor also generates a complex feature map by mixing the image feature map and the BEV feature map. The processor also recognizes the object by artificial intelligence learning the complex feature map.

  • Patent number: 8556534
Abstract: An attachment coupler for heavy machinery, which detachably installs an attachment to an arm of the heavy machinery, includes a coupler body coupled to the arm of the heavy machinery, a fixed hook formed on the coupler body and coupled to the attachment via a first coupling pin, a movable hook rotatably coupled to the coupler body via a hinge axis and coupled to the attachment via a second coupling pin, a hydraulic cylinder that rotates the movable hook to be coupled to or disengaged from the second coupling pin, and a locking device that includes a locking hook and an engagement device. The locking hook is rotatably coupled to the coupler body via a hinge axis and closes an open end of the fixed hook while being coupled to the first coupling pin. The engagement device rotates in association with the rotation of the movable hook.

  • Publication number: 20130079441
Abstract: Disclosed is a rubber composition obtained by chemically blending rubber with a filler, particularly in which Latex rubber is directly blended with a starch solution obtained by gelatinizing starch in water. Herein, as a coupling agent between Latex rubber and starch, resorcinol-formaldehyde is used. By this, a vulcanized rubber compound is prepared. When resorcinol-formaldehyde is used as a coupling agent during the blending of the Latex rubber with the gelatinized starch solution, it is possible to solve the problem of tensile strength lowering caused by low affinity with rubber. Furthermore, it is possible to inhibit starch loss caused by high water-solubility, during the blending of starch in a liquid state. Also, the physical property of the vulcanized rubber compound can be varied according to the amount of the added coupling agent.

  • Publication number: 20070283635
Abstract: Provided are a seismic control bearing device capable of absorbing and/or blocking vibration energy transmitted to structures due to earthquakes, and so on, as well as actively controlling various dynamic behaviors generated from the structures with low power and without additional equipment, and a seismic control system including the same. The seismic control bearing device is installed between a ground base and a structure constructed on the ground base to reduce vibration energy applied to the structure, and includes a plurality of deposition members spaced apart from each other; and a plurality of magneto-sensitive members disposed between the deposition members and formed of a magneto-sensitive material. The properties including a stiffness coefficient and an damping coefficient of the magneto-sensitive material are varied depending on a variation of a magnetic field formed around the magneto-sensitive member.
