    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a display device includes: forming a plurality of photoresist columns at an upper edge region of a glass substrate by a photo patterning process; coating a plastic chemical liquid on an entire upper surface of the glass substrate to cover the photoresist columns; evaporating a solvent of the plastic chemical liquid to semi-harden a plastic substrate and to expose an upper portion of the photoresist columns; forming a plurality of through-holes at an edge region of the surface of the semi-hardened plastic substrate by removing the photoresist columns; firing and curing the plastic chemical liquid to form the plastic substrate; and coating a metal layer on an edge region of the surface of the plastic substrate with the through-holes.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a continuous manufacturing method for a vacuum insulation material, including: a first step of putting a porous insulation material into an inner envelope having permeability, three sides thereof being closed and one side thereof being open, and then sealing the inner envelope; a second step of flattening an upper broad side of the inner envelope; a third step of compressing the inner envelope flattened in the second step; a fourth step of sealing all sides of the inner envelope compressed in the third step, except for one side, with an outer envelope having a shielding property, and packaging the sealed inner envelope; and a fifth step of sealing the one side of the inner envelope not sealed in the third step by putting the inner envelope sealed in the fourth step into a vacuum chamber and performing a vacuum operation.

The method is capable of easily accessing data generated in one semiconductor fabrication line, and commonly sharing and easily accessing data generated in a plurality of semiconductor fabrication lines. An integrated management system (IMS) is installed in every semiconductor fabrication lines and allows integrated management of the semiconductor process data. Each IMS is in communication with every other IMS and includes a plurality of data sets and corresponding data set modules. Then a user interface computer logs into a contacted IMS. A work environment, including a contacted data set module, is updated at the user interface computer using information from the contacted IMS. A task is then carried out at the user interface computer according to the updated work environment.
