Abstract: The present invention relates to a functional male underwear including a left scrotal band supporting the left side of the scrotum and a right scrotal band supporting the right side of the scrotum of a male, in which the upper side of each scrotal band is sewn to the left or right groin of the underwear body, respectively, and the lower side of each scrotal band is coupled to the perineum and lower scrotum of the underwear body, respectively, thereby supporting the left and right sides of the scrotum, so as to absorb sweat on the surface of the scrotum and improve ventilation while completely separating the scrotum from the groin and thigh.
