Abstract: A low voltage electromagnetic interference (EMI) filter of an electric vehicle is provided. In the low voltage EMI filter, a pair of Y capacitor units are respectively installed in input and output ends of the low voltage EMI filter. A normal mode (DM) filter and a common mode (CM) filter are installed between the pair of Y capacitor units. The pair of Y capacitor units, the DM and CM filters discharge CM and DM noises generated in a low voltage battery connection unit to a sash GND (earth) step by step and reduce noises of the low voltage battery connection unit.

Abstract: A transformer module for an electric vehicle is provided. The transformer module includes a bobbin round which a primary-side coil is wound, a printed circuit board, and a secondary-side bus bar disposed between the bobbin and the printed circuit board, wherein a pattern part formed of an electrically conductive material to contact the bus bar is provided on the printed circuit board to electrically connect the pattern part to the bus bar in parallel.

The electronic component case includes a case body having a first space in which electronic components are disposed and a second space, which has an opening that is opened to the outside, defined adjacent to the first space to receive heat generated from the electronic components, wherein a coolant for cooling the electronic components is introduced into and discharged from the second space, and a cover disposed on the case body to seal the opening of the second space. The cover includes a first cover sealing the opening and a second cover sealing the opening and having one surface on which a first cooling part for increasing a surface area of the second cover is disposed. The first cover and the second cover are compatible with each other.
