  • Publication number: 20150297673
Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel antibiotic peptide originated from the ribosomal protein L1 of Helicobacter pylori and a use of the same. Particularly, the novel peptide represented by SEQ. ID. NO: 4 was synthesized by replacing phenylalanine, the 12th amino acid of the peptide composed of the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ. ID. NO: 3, with proline. The present inventors confirmed that the novel peptide had a significant antibacterial activity but had no cytotoxicity. In addition, the inventors confirmed that the peptide of the invention had in vivo anti-inflammatory effect, so that the novel peptide can be used as an active ingredient of a natural antibacterial agent.

  • Patent number: 7916734
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for determining a transmission path of a router system, in which a forwarding table of the router system is managed with a dualized address system including an absolute address indicating a physical port and a relative address indicating the place of the absolute address. Only the absolute address in a relative forwarding table can be changed without changing the relative address when traffic congestion occurs on a certain port of the router system or when load-balancing is needed, so that the router can actively cope with a real-time change of a destination address.

  • Patent number: 7117258
Abstract: Provided is a method and apparatus for assigning an Internet Protocol (IP) address using agents in a zero configuration network. The IP address assignment method involves: (a) receiving a registration request message of a user computer which contains a home agent IP address, and the ID and password of the user computer; (b) transmitting to the user computer an encoded address answer message which indicates permission of the address registration; and (c) setting up a network environment in the user computer by decoding the encoded address answer message. Problems of mobile IP extensibility and a dynamic host configuration protocol (DHCP) authentication are solved by applying the concept of a mobile Internet protocol agent to the protocol in a zero configuration network.
