    Abstract: A photoacoustic probe and photoacoustic device implementing the photoacoustic probe may reduce an artifact caused by an ultrasonic wave generated in the photoacoustic probe without mounting a separate device. The photoacoustic probe and photoacoustic device implementing the photoacoustic probe may reduce an artifact by changing a configuration or a structure provided in the photoacoustic probe. The photoacoustic probe may receive a photoacoustic signal generated from an inner material of an object absorbing light of a predetermined wavelength and may include a piezoelectric module to convert the photoacoustic signal into an electric signal, and an object contact unit disposed on the front surface of the piezoelectric module, the object contact unit contacting the object and not absorbing the light of a predetermined wavelength.
