  • Publication number: 20130270528
Abstract: An organic light emitting display device is disclosed. The organic light emitting display device includes: an organic light emitting display panel defined into a display area for displaying an image and a non-display area surrounding the display area; a chip-on-film loaded with a driver IC chip, which is configured to drive the organic light emitting display panel, and attached to a pad portion which is formed on the non-display area of the organic light emitting display panel; and a printed circuit board configured to apply signals to the driver IC chip and attached to one edge of the chip-on-film, wherein the organic light emitting display panel includes a dummy pad portion which is formed on the non-display area in the same configuration as the pad portion and in opposition to the pad portion.

  • Patent number: 8471876
Abstract: An organic electroluminescent display device includes a display panel that includes sub-pixels which include organic light emitting diodes, respectively, to display a frame image made by image data by every frame; a data drive IC that outputs data voltages to the sub-pixels, respectively, by every frame, wherein the data voltages correspond to the image data, respectively; a current detecting portion that detects a first panel current, and generates a first comparison value corresponding to the first panel current; a current estimating portion that estimates a second panel current from the image data of the frame and generates a second comparison value corresponding to the second panel current; and a brightness control portion that compares the first and second comparison values and adjusts a brightness of a frame image after the frame according to the comparison result.

  • Patent number: 7166938
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a horizontal and vertical transportation system using permanent magnet excited transverse flux linear motors which is capable of linearly transporting an object in the horizontal direction and in the vertical direction using permanent magnet excited transverse flux linear motors, thereby obtaining a simple structure of the system and preventing any occurrence of dust generated by abrasion between the parts of the system. The system comprises a horizontal transportation unit and a vertical transportation unit. The horizontal transportation unit is adapted for transporting the object in the horizontal direction by means of a thrust from a permanent magnet excited transverse flux horizontal linear motor. The vertical transportation unit is installed on the horizontal transportation unit. The vertical transportation unit is adapted for transporting the object in the vertical direction by means of thrusts from permanent magnet excited transverse flux vertical linear motors.

  • Patent number: 6833638
Abstract: Disclosed is an integrated system of a non-contact power feed device and a permanent magnet-excited transverse flux linear motor, in which a conventional structure of the permanent magnet-excited transverse flux linear motor system is still used and a driving force and non-contact type power are supplied to a shifter of the permanent magnet-excited transverse flux linear motor, thereby eliminating defects of the electrical power supply system occurring due to the contact friction.
