    Abstract: A portable drilling machine includes a housing; a drill chuck positioned on a front surface of the housing; a drill bit detachably coupled to the drill chuck; a driver positioned inside the housing to provide either the drill bit or the drill chuck with a rotational driving force; an anti-dust cover having a rear anti-dust cover formed in a cup shape with a drill through-hole formed in a central region of a bottom surface of the rear anti-dust cover and a front anti-dust cover formed in a tube shape to be coupled to the rear anti-dust cover, the front anti-dust cover being adapted to move towards the bottom surface of the rear anti-dust cover when acted on by pressure towards the housing and return to original position when the pressure is removed; and a retainer for detachably coupling the rear anti-dust cover to an outer surface of either the housing or the drill chuck. The rotational motion of the drill bit is not interfered with by the anti-dust cover, and the dust collection space is increased.

    Abstract: In a display apparatus, a display panel displays images using light, and a backlight assembly provides the display panel with the light. A brightness enhancement film between the display panel and the backlight assembly enhances a brightness of the light supplied to the display panel. A diffusing adhesive layer has an adhesive material and diffusing particles added into the adhesive material to diffuse the light having come out of the backlight assembly. Thus, the display apparatus may effectively prevent a Moiré interference and improve display quality thereof.

    Abstract: A computer main body cooling system enables an internal temperature thereof to be maintained at a desired level by continuously venting heat generated from a CPU and a power supply through a cooling system. The computer main body cooling system according to the present invention includes a CPU, a heat sink provided adjacent to the CPU, a CPU fan located in a side part of the heat sink, a power supply supplying power to the CPU and having an air vent permitting air to flow outside, and a power supply fan mounted on the power supply adjacent to the heat sink. Thus, the structure of a cooling system is simplified and optimized, not only to increase a cooling efficiency, but also to minimize noise occurrence due to fan rotation.

    Abstract: A method for performing a handoff in an ALL-IP network including at least one MS (Mobile Station) for transmitting a signaling frame having a header and a voice frame to an old BTS (Base Transceiver System), which includes a header information storage for storing overhead information for the MS in association with a unique code of the MS, and an RNC (Radio Network Controller). The MS transmits measurement information to a new BTS and the RNC to start a handoff. Upon receipt of the measurement information, the RNC requests the new BTS to set up a radio link with the MS that has transmitted the measurement information. When the radio link is set up between the MS and the new BTS, the RNC deletes header information for the MS, stored in the header information storage of the old BTS. The MS transmits a message including traffic overhead information to the new BTS. Upon receipt of the message including the traffic header information, the new BTS transmits a binding update message to the MS.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for transmitting and receiving data using a continuous tone control squelch system (CTCSS), which can transmit and receive data simultaneously with voice communication using the CTCSS. The apparatus is capable of transmitting and receiving a global positioning system (GPS) data signal containing a position value together with a voice signal using the CTCSS by a wireless communication terminal. Therefore, a user of the terminal can notify another party of his or her current position while conducting a voice conversation therewith. The method comprises dividing an effective frequency band of the CTCSS into regular intervals, setting the divided intervals as channels and assigning data code values respectively to the set channels. For data transmission, CTCSS frequency signals corresponding respectively to code values of specific data are successively transmitted.
