  • Patent number: 9335821
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and device for controlling a haptic interface, which can maintain stability and enhance transparency by restricting force caused by unnecessary energy generated in the sample and hold processes while controlling the haptic interface. The method includes detecting a physical parameter based on driving of the haptic interface; calculating a reaction to be sent from a virtual environment to the haptic interface according to the physical parameter; calculating a bounding parameter satisfying a condition that a haptic system is passive, using the physical parameter and the reaction; adjusting the bounding parameter to be within a preset range; calculating force to be output to the haptic interface according to the adjusted bounding parameter; and applying the calculated force to the haptic interface.

  • Publication number: 20150062390
Abstract: Disclosed is a phase difference detection pixel using a microlens, which detects a phase difference without the loss of an input signal by modifying the shape of a microlens, which collects light incident into a photodiode, such that the light passes through only in a specific direction. In the phase difference detection pixel using a microlens, a signal reduction problem, which is a disadvantage of the existing phase difference detection pixel, is solved and a phase difference detection function is achieved in all areas of an image sensor. The phase difference detection pixel using a microlens is variously applied for distance measurement between objects or three-dimensional image capturing.

  • Patent number: 6372575
Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for fabricating a capacitor of a semiconductor device. In the conventional art, a bit line may be shifted or bent differently from the definition on a mask due to the stress resulting from a material difference between the bit line and BPSG film. However, in the present invention, the bit line is formed after depositing an oxide material on a contact plug, thereby preventing the shift or bending phenomenon and the short phenomenon between the metal interconnection contact and bit line.
