    Abstract: Disclosed herein are a short circuit formation unit for mechanically cutting an electrode tab and/or an electrode lead of a pouch-shaped battery cell in order to secure the safety of the pouch-shaped battery cell when the pouch-shaped battery cell swells due to gas generated in the pouch-shaped battery cell while the pouch-shaped battery cell is in an abnormal state or when the pouch-shaped battery cell is overcharged, and a pouch-shaped secondary battery including the same. Current is prevented from flowing in the pouch-shaped secondary battery when the pouch-shaped secondary battery is overcharged or when the pouch-shaped secondary battery is in an abnormal state. In addition, a reduction in the energy density of the pouch-shaped secondary battery is prevented when a voluminous device is further provided in the pouch-shaped secondary battery.

The connection stent includes: a body configured to form a plurality of cells through the intersection of wires, and provided in a hollow cylindrical shape; an upper head formed to extend from one end of the body to have a diameter larger than that of the body; and a lower head formed to extend from a remaining end of the body to have a diameter larger than that of the body. The upper head and the lower head are respectively placed to come into contact with insides of heterogeneous tissues. Accordingly, according to the present invention, there can be manufactured a stent which can connect heterogeneous tissues and form a bypass and which can provide sufficient expansion force and minimum axial force for the maintenance of the bypass formed as described above.

According to the corresponding reversible fuel cell oxygen electrode, as the loading amounts of IrO2 and platinum used in the reversible fuel cell oxygen electrode can be lowered, it is possible to exhibit excellent reversible fuel cell performances (excellent fuel cell performance and water electrolysis performance) by improving the mass transport of water and oxygen while being capable of reducing the loading amounts of IrO2 and platinum. Further, it is possible to exhibit a good activity of a catalyst when the present disclosure is applied to a reversible fuel cell oxygen electrode and to reduce corrosion of carbon.
