  • Patent number: 11879876
Abstract: A heater integrated gas chromatography (GC) column device according to the present invention is capable of precisely and uniformly controlling a temperature by having a high thermal conductivity, and raising and lowering a temperature at a high speed by having a low thermal mass, such that a measuring time is significantly decreased. The GC column is in contact with a bobbin with a homogeneous temperature distribution, and thus a temperature is homogeneously distributed in each GC column. Further, the heater integrated GC column device according to the present invention has the above-described effects and may have a smaller size.

  • Patent number: 11545349
Abstract: The present invention relates to a matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization mass spectrometry method and, specifically, a mass spectrometry method according to the present invention comprises the steps of: acquiring a mass spectrum of an analyte by performing matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization of the analyte, wherein a detection spectrum, which is the mass spectrum of the analyte, is acquired using each of two or more matrixes different from one another; and removing, from each detection spectrum, a peak of a corresponding matrix to obtain a matrix-removed spectrum, and then acquiring a corrected mass spectrum of the analyte on the basis of a matrix-removed spectrum for each of different matrixes.

  • Patent number: 11087965
Abstract: A sample plate for MALDI mass spectrometry, according to the present invention, enables separately positioning, by means of a plastic insulation plate, metal wiring and metal dots onto which an analyte sample is to be loaded, and electrically connecting same by means of a via or a metal portion, and thus the energy transferred into the plate when radiating a laser beam on the target (metal dots) may be reduced compared to a sample plate using a base metal, and thus laser energy may be concentrated on the target, and an effect may be achieved whereby heat loss is minimized.

  • Patent number: 9673035
Abstract: According to one embodiment of the present invention, an ion source includes: an anode tube in which gas flowing in through one side is ionized and discharged to the other side and in which a slit is formed on the outer circumference thereof; a filament which emits thermal electrons toward the slit so as to ionize the gas; and a diffusion-preventing body arranged between the filament and the slit and having at least one hole through which the thermal electrons can pass so as to reduce the diffusion of the thermal electrons flowing into the anode tube.
