  • Publication number: 20240082640
Abstract: An exercise intensity assessing system includes a physiological information sensor, a signal transmitter connected with the physiological information sensor, a central control host connected with the signal transmitter, and a cloud database connected with the central control host. The physiological information sensor senses physiological information of an exerciser before and after the exerciser exercises. The physiological information is transmitted by the signal transmitter to the central control host, and transmitted by the central control host to the cloud database for being diagnosed and analyzed by a fitness instructor. The cloud database obtains a forecasted watt value corresponding to the physiological information, and obtains a resistance level of different fitness apparatuses according to the forecasted watt value.

Abstract: An intelligent exercise intensity assessing system includes an exercise testing machine, a physiological information sensor, a signal transmitter connected with the physiological information sensor, a central control host connected with the signal transmitter, and a cloud database connected with the central control host. The physiological information sensor senses physiological information of an exerciser before and after the exerciser operates the exercise testing machine. The physiological information is transmitted by the signal transmitter to the central control host, and transmitted by the central control host to the cloud database. The cloud database analyzes the physiological information to obtain a corresponding forecasted watt value, and obtains a resistance level of different fitness apparatuses according to the forecasted watt value.

  • Publication number: 20220287650
Abstract: In a health monitoring method, a photoplethysmography (PPG) signal of a user within a preset time is obtained. Physiological parameters of the user are calculated according to the PPG signal. An age of the user and reference physiological parameters corresponding to the age are also obtained. Differences between the physiological parameters of the user and the reference physiological parameters are calculated. A health status of the user is determined according to the differences. The method improves the efficiency of health monitoring.

  • Patent number: 9724000
Abstract: The present disclosure provides an exercise guiding system including a sensing module, a calculating module, a converting module and an output module. The sensing module keeps recording an R-R interval of a user doing exercise. The computing module receives the R-R interval from the sensing module and performs heart rate variability analysis on the R-R interval to generate a first output. The converting module receives the first output from the calculating module, recognizes a threshold output of the first output according to a threshold and acquires an anaerobic threshold corresponding to the user according to the threshold output, wherein the anaerobic threshold corresponding to the user is a first heart rate corresponding to the threshold output in the R-R interval. The output module receives the anaerobic threshold from the converting module and outputs an exercise guidance of the user according to the anaerobic threshold.

  • Patent number: 9682306
Abstract: An exercise bike and an operation method thereof are provided. In a test mode, a processing unit adjusts a resistance of a pedaling activity to be a plurality of pedaling resistances and obtains a plurality of psychological values respectively corresponding to the pedaling resistances by inquiring the user about a rate of perceived exertion. The processing unit calculates the psychological values to obtain a plurality of exercise intensities respectively corresponding to the pedaling resistances and further obtain a correspondence relationship between the exercise intensities and the pedaling resistances. After the test mode ends, the processing unit determines a recommended pedaling resistance according to the correspondence relationship. In a sport mode, the recommended pedaling resistance is provided to the user for performing the pedaling activity.

Abstract: An exercise bike and an operation method thereof are provided. In a test mode, a processing unit adjusts a resistance of a pedaling activity to be a plurality of pedaling resistances and measures user's physiological characteristics. The processing unit accordingly obtains a plurality of physiological values respectively corresponding to the pedaling resistances. The processing unit calculates the physiological values to obtain a plurality of exercise intensities respectively corresponding to the pedaling resistances and further obtain a correspondence relationship between the exercise intensities and the pedaling resistances. After the test mode ends, the processing unit determines a recommended pedaling resistance according to the correspondence relationship.
