    Abstract: A composition comprising compounds with a diphenoyl (DP 5 structure for preventing or treating an immune disease and a prophylactic or therapeutic method for the immune disease based on the application of the compounds are provided. The compounds with the DP structure increase the number and activity of regulatory T cells involved in regulating an accelerated immune system. Also, the compounds can be an effective prophylactic or therapeutic agent for various immune diseases including transplantation rejection, graft-versus-host diseases, autoimmune diseases, and hypersensitive inflammatory diseases.
