The image processing device includes a grayscale map generator configured to selectively identify luminance map data based on a saturation map and a luminance map that correspond to an input image, and configured to generate a grayscale map based on at least one of the identified luminance map data. The image processing device also includes a noise corrector configured to generate processed image data for which a noise value for the input image is corrected based on the grayscale map.

Therefore, according to the cell packaging of the invention, a wide range of shapes or logos, etc. can easily be externally displayed so as to be discernible by means of laser irradiation. By thus imparting discernibility and externality to the cell packaging, a labeling process for attaching a separate label to the cell packaging can be excluded.

Abstract: Provided is a cell packaging material having a layered structure of one or more layers, wherein at least one layer includes a flame retardant, a coating layer imparted with flame resistance, or both. In the cell packaging material, a cell itself does not include any flame resistant film or flame retardant. Therefore, it is possible to provide a cell with flame resistance while not increasing the cell volume or not affecting the cell operation.
