The refrigerator includes a storage compartment, a storage compartment door for opening/closing the storage compartment, and an ice maker including an ice making tray for producing pieces of ice, and a water dispense cup for dispensing water supplied from a water supply pipe to the ice making tray. A water guide section is formed in the water dispense cup to guide the water, which is supplied from the water supply pipe, to a region below the water supply pipe so that ice pieces are prevented from being accumulated in the water dispense cup.

Abstract: A hybrid mobile communication terminal includes a mode setting unit which sets a High Data Rate (HDR) power save mode and an indicator indicating the HDR power save mode when data service cannot be provided through a CDMA2000 1x EVDO (Evolution Data Only) system; and a data communication unit which attempts to acquire a CDMA2000 1x system or the EVDO system according to whether the indicator has been set by the mode setting unit. A method for acquiring a system for data service includes: setting an HDR power save mode and an indicator indicating the HDR power save mode when the data service cannot be provided through the EVDO system; determining whether the indicator has been set upon acquiring a system for the data, service; and attempting to acquire the 1x system or the EVDO system according to whether the indicator has been set.

The ice supply device includes an ice breaking unit having a breaker to break ice and a housing to house the breaker, an ice storage container removably coupled to the ice breaking unit and having a discharge hole to discharge ice, and a binding device to bind the ice storage container and the ice breaking unit. Accordingly, the ice storage container can be separated from the ice breaking unit, thereby facilitating handling of the ice storage container.

Abstract: A water tank for a dispenser capable of improving convenience when the user injects water into the water tank and a refrigerator having the same are disclosed. The water tank for a dispenser includes a reservoir which stores water and has an opening, a cover which covers the opening and has an injection port to inject water into the reservoir, and an opening/closing unit which opens and closes the injection port, the opening/closing unit being operated by loading of water above and into the injection port to open the injection port.

The cool air line disposed on the cool air guide member to supply the ice making tray guides the cool air supplied from the cool air supplying device to move along the surrounding of the ice making tray, thereby uniformly cooling down the ice making tray.

Abstract: An ice making apparatus which includes an ice making tray to produce ice and an ejector rotatably disposed at the ice making tray, comprising a plurality of ice making cells formed in the ice making tray, wherein each of the ice making cells includes a freezing portion in which ice is produced and a buffering portion which is formed as a specified space at one side of the freezing portion to prevent water of the freezing portion from flowing out of the ice making tray. Accordingly, even in a refrigerator having the ice making apparatus installed on a rear surface of the door, the ice making apparatus can permanently provide an effect of preventing water inside the ice making cells from flowing out of the ice making tray due to an opening/closing operation of the door.

A dryer is provided on a refrigerant line connecting the condenser and the capillary tube to remove impurities included in the refrigerant from the condenser; and a muffler is provided on a refrigerant line connecting the dryer and the capillary tube to decrease a range of fluctuation of the amount of liquid refrigerant flowing from the dryer to the capillary tube.

Abstract: A toll collecting system having a lock-type management for toll collection of vehicles in a toll road such as an express way. The mixed lock-type toll collecting system includes an on-board unit installed in a vehicle which enters an entrance gate and exits an exit gate of the toll road, for toll collection by radio communication; an entrance lane device installed at the entrance gate for transmitting entrance information to the vehicle which enters the entrance gate; an exit lane device installed at the exit gate for collecting the toll from the vehicle which exits the exit gate; and a central control device for controlling the entrance lane device and the exit lane device for toll collection of the vehicle which enters the entrance gate and exits the exit lane of the toll road. A radio communicator is used to provide entrance information to the vehicle by radio communication at the entrance gate for subsequent toll collection upon exit in case radio communication can be performed.
