    Abstract: Provided is a short message service (SMS) system and method, in which a SMS user can directly specify a group (for example, Internet club) of an Internet community and a messenger as a SMS receiver and collectively transmit the same message to several persons belonging to the group. The short message service (SMS) system includes a service request determining unit which determines whether a SMS transmitter requests a short message transmitting service in a group unit, based on a text of the short message in which a specific group is designated as a receiver; a group extracting unit which receives the text from the service request determining unit and extracts the group designated by the transmitter; and a message transmitting unit which requests a server for acquiring information on the extracted group, receives list of terminal numbers of members of the extracted group, and collectively transmits the short message to the terminals of the members.

    Abstract: A pad structure of a liquid crystal display (LCD) device and a fabrication method thereof are provided. The pad structure of the LCD device includes: a bottom electrode formed with a predetermined area at one edge side of each of signal lines formed on an array substrate; an insulation layer formed over the bottom electrode; a contact hole for exposing the bottom electrode, the contact hole formed as a predetermined portion of the insulation layer is etched; and a terminal electrode formed over the contact hole, thereby being connected with the bottom electrode, wherein the bottom electrode is formed in a dual structure including an aluminum alloy layer using AlNd and a molybdenum (Mo) layer and a thickness of the Mo layer is greater than at least about one quarter of the thickness of the aluminum alloy layer formed beneath the Mo layer.
