  • Publication number: 20070287169
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for phosphorylation site-specific labeling of phosphoproteome with a site-specific tagging reagent and analyzing of the resulting labeled one, more especially, a method for in-situ tagging of phosphorylation sites of phosphoproteins retained in polymeric gel with a nucleophilic tagging reagent. It also relates a method for generating new proteolytic cleavable sites at formerly phosphorylation sites by a proper choice of a nucleophilic tagging reagent. It also relates to a method for phosphopeptides analysis and phosphorylation site identification by in-gel digestion of the previously in-gel tagged proteins and subsequent mass analysis of the resulting peptides. The invention provides in-gel chemical tagging method for phosphoaminoacid residue of phosphoproteins retained in polymeric gel matrix. Phosphoprotein can be immobilized into gel matrix by a variety of methods such as gel electrophoresis.

  • Publication number: 20070009658
Abstract: A process and an apparatus is disclosed for forming refractory metal layers employing pulse nucleation to minimize formation of a concentration boundary layer during nucleation. The surface of a substrate is nucleated in several steps. Following each nucleation step is a removal step in which all reactants and by-products of the nucleation process are removed from the processing chamber. Removal may be done by either rapidly evacuating the processing chamber, rapidly introducing a purge gas therein or both. After removal of the process gas and by-products from the processing chamber, additional nucleation steps may be commenced to obtain a nucleation layer of desired thickness. After formation of the nucleation layer, a layer is formed adjacent to the nucleation layer using standard bulk deposition techniques.

  • Publication number: 20050096097
Abstract: Disclosed is a hands-free signal processing device in a mobile communication terminal. More particularly, disclosed is a hands-free signal processing device in a mobile communication terminal, which may separate hands-free signals, such as a microphone signal and an interrupt signal generated in a hands-free device, by using transistors, and properly process the hands-free signals. According to the present invention, current consumption caused by a hands-free device can be minimized by converting AUX_MIC signal into pulse and by using the pulse as a reference pulse of the hands-free device. Further, a talk-key interrupt signal of a hands-free device can be correctly detected while incoming/outgoing calls are connected. Thus, a problem in timing can be solved and a proper reaction to the talk-key interrupt signal of a hands-free device can be achieved.
