    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a radio frequency (RF) sensor and a method for monitoring plasma status. The RF sensor includes a collector configured to collect, as sensing data, an induced electromotive force induced during a plasma process; and a processor configured to record the induced electromotive force as a function of time, perform Fourier transformation on the recorded induced electromotive force function to derive an amplitude value of an n-th harmonic (where n is a natural number equal to or greater than 1), and apply the derived amplitude value and a setting value of plasma equipment identified at the time of sensing data generation to an artificial intelligence algorithm to derive prediction data capable of monitoring plasma status and plasma process status. The RF sensor may also be applied in other embodiments.

    Abstract: A surface coating method for an exterior part includes positioning one or more exterior part preforms, which are objects to be surface-coated, within a deposition chamber capable of revolution and rotation; positioning one or more tablets containing a coating component on an evaporation device installed within an area surrounded by the revolution trace of the exterior part preforms; and depositing a coating layer to a surface of each of the exterior part preforms by evaporating the tablets while revolving and rotating the exterior part preforms. The surface coating method and device conduct the rotation and revolution of objects to be coated in while proceeding with a coating step, whereby an evaporated coating component can be uniformly diffused over the entire deposition chamber, and a uniform coating layer can be formed on the entire surface of each of the objects to be coated.

A projecting part of a predetermined height is formed on the rear side of the screen panel facing the lenticular lens, and on the tip of the projecting part a black stripe is formed to serve as a light-absorbing means. The height of the projecting part is lower than that of a convex surface of the lenticular lens. The widened range of light-spreading angle of the lenticular lens improves a horizontal viewing angle.

Also, a plurality of parallel spreading units is formed along the central axis of each lens element at the contact portion of the lenticular lens and the protection panel for providing a wide viewing angle of the image.
