  • Publication number: 20260164894
Abstract: A display apparatus can include a bank disposed on a substrate, a first electrode disposed on the bank, a light-emitting device disposed on the first electrode, and a second electrode disposed on the light-emitting device. The light-emitting device includes an anode electrode disposed on the first electrode, an intermediate layer disposed on the anode electrode, and a cathode electrode disposed on the intermediate layer. The anode electrode includes a first anode electrode disposed on the first electrode, a second anode electrode disposed on the first anode electrode, and an inorganic reflective layer disposed between the first anode electrode and the second anode electrode, extending along a side surface of the intermediate layer to surround the side surface of the intermediate layer, and having at least one hole for electrical connection between the first and second anode electrodes.

  • Publication number: 20260164861
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a light-emitting element and a display device including the same in which it is possible to prevent the occurrence of a transfer defect due to bonding error between a light-emitting element and a display panel during a transfer process. To achieve this, in a light-emitting element, by sequentially arranging a first semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second semiconductor layer between a first electrode disposed at a lowermost portion and a second electrode disposed at an uppermost portion, forming an uneven pattern at each of contacting portions of the second electrode and the second semiconductor layer, and also forming an uneven pattern on an upper surface of the second electrode, it is possible to further increase a current injection area by the uneven pattern compared to conventional models, thereby expanding a light-emitting area and improving luminance.

  • Publication number: 20260033054
Abstract: An apparatus for manufacturing a display device includes a transfer device that transfers a plurality of light emitting devices to a display panel and a light receiving unit that detects light emitted from the plurality of light emitting devices. In addition, a method for manufacturing a display device includes contacting a stamp of a transfer device with the light emitting device and inspecting whether the light emitting device normally emits light, in a state in which the stamp and the light emitting device are in contact with each other.
