The composition is suitable and effective for the prevention, alleviation, or treatment of respiratory diseases. And, a method for preventing, alleviating, or treating respiratory diseases by using the composition, wherein the composition includes a specific weight ratio of a zinc salt and cyclo-hispro as active ingredients, thereby exhibiting excellent effects of reducing allergic cytokines and decreasing mucus secretion.
