The timing controller controls output of the image data read from the frame buffer to the display panel in a self-refresh mode, and controls internal display timing to track external display timing when the display drive integrated circuit exits from the self-refresh mode to control the output selector to output the image data transmitted from the source to the display panel when the internal display timing is synchronized to the external display timing.

The controller supplies a gate voltage of a power amplifier and after a delay for a predetermined time period, supplies a power source to a switching unit. The switching unit connects a drain terminal of the power amplifier with a Direct Current (DC) power source supply unit, receives a power source from the controller, and provides a drain voltage of the power amplifier to the drain terminal. The power amplifier receives the gate voltage and the drain voltage and amplifies a signal.

Since the linearity characteristic of the power amplifier is optimized despite reduction in output signal level of the power amplifier, it is possible to use one power amplifier for a single Frequency Allocation (FA) condition of a high output and a multi FA condition of a low output.
