    Abstract: An inspection apparatus inspects a pressure vessel using laser ultrasound. The apparatus includes an oscillation device that oscillates an excitation laser for exciting the pressure vessel and a conduit to guide the excitation laser oscillated from the oscillation device to inside the pressure vessel. The conduit is inserted into the pressure vessel with one conduit end located inside the pressure vessel and an opposite end located outside the pressure vessel. The apparatus includes a reflector at one conduit end inside the pressure vessel to reflect the excitation laser guided by the conduit and a detector that detects ultrasonic waves generated in the pressure vessel by the excitation laser reflected by the reflector by oscillating a receiving laser from outside of the pressure vessel. At least the conduit, reflector, or detector moves to correct an optical path of the excitation laser or the receiving laser.

According to an embodiment, since the light guide plate acts in place of a filter element, it is possible to manufacture in ultrasmall size and achieve multiple fluorescence imaging without replacing a filter.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to an electrode, which is an in vivo insertable electrode, including a substrate, an electrically conductive layer formed on the substrate, a platinum black layer formed on the electrically conductive layer, a self-assembled monolayer (SAM) formed on the platinum black layer, and a lubricant layer formed on the SAM, a method of manufacturing the electrode, and a medical device including the electrode. The in vivo insertable electrode according to the present invention provides excellent electrical properties such as low impedance. Further, it shows that friction with tissue occurring when the electrode is inserted is reduced, and trauma during insertion and an immune rejection response after insertion is suppressed. Further, in the long term, it is possible to detect signals with high sensitivity throughout the entire period by preventing bioadhesion of in vivo cells, such as immune cells, and other proteins.
