    Abstract: A flat antenna comprising a ground substrate, a first insulating substrate formed on the ground substrate for electrical isolation, a feeding network substrate formed on the first insulating substrate, a second insulating substrate formed on the feeding network substrate for removal of a signal coupling, and a radiation element substrate formed on the second insulating substrate, wherein the ground substrate and the feeding network substrate are electrically isolated from each other by the first insulating substrate and the signal coupling between the feeding network substrate and the radiation element substrate are removed by the second insulating substrate.
