Abstract: A cell culture scaffold of the present invention consists of a seaweed-derived component, is edible and has a pore size and stiffness that are suitable for cell culture, and a significantly excellent moisture-holding ability to enable long-term culture and efficient cell proliferation even when a high density of muscle stem cells are inoculated, and thus it may be effectively used for producing cultured meat.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a cell culture composition including a Chlorella extract. According to the cell culture medium composition including the Chlorella extract according to an aspect, the medium including the Chlorella extract can improve the cell proliferation ability of bovine myogenic stem cells. Thus, the Chlorella extract can be used as a substitute for fetal bovine serum.
