  • Patent number: 12119940
Abstract: A UE may identify slots to transmit and/or receive information related to one or more HARQ processes in frame structure that includes both sub-band full duplex slot types and time division duplex slot types. Based on a first slot used for control information, a UE can identify a second slot for PUSCH or PDSCH communication based on an offset between the first slot and the second determined by calculating slot offsets (e.g., based on parameters received from a base station). In some aspects, a UE may exclude certain slot duplex types (e.g., SBFD or TDD) when calculating slot offsets. In some aspects, a UE may calculate slot offsets differently for different HARQ processes corresponding to one frame. In some aspects, slot offset behaviors may be based on priority of information associated with a HARQ process.

  • Patent number: 12108435
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A base station may transmit signaling to a user equipment (UE) indicating one or more resources for a relay data transmission and a priority scheme for the relay data transmission and a current data transmission. The priority scheme may indicate a priority value for the relay data transmission and the current data transmission. The UE may selectively transmit the relay data transmission, the current data transmission, or both based on the priority scheme. If the priority scheme indicates the current data transmission has a higher priority than the relay data transmission, then the UE may transmit the current data transmission using the resources. If the priority scheme indicates the current data transmission has a lower priority than the relay data transmission, then the UE may transmit the relay data transmission using the resources.

  • Publication number: 20240324025
Abstract: The described techniques enable repeated physical random access channel (PRACH) preamble transmissions across multiple random access occasions (ROs) using a same spatial filter. A user equipment (UE) may transmit a PRACH preamble across multiple ROs, where each RO is associated with a same synchronization signal block (SSB) or channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS). The PRACH repetitions may be transmitted in ROs in accordance with a first mapping rule: first, in increasing order of frequency resource index; second, in increasing order of a time resource index; third, in increasing order of PRACH slot indices; and fourth, in increasing order of PRACH association period indices. Additionally, or alternatively, the PRACH repetitions may be transmitted in ROs in accordance with a second mapping rule: first, in increasing order of time resource index; second, in increasing order of PRACH slot indices; and third, in increasing order of PRACH association period indices.

  • Publication number: 20240324021
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described to support an indication of one or more carriers of a flexible cell to be used for reception of one or more respective downlink random access messages. A base station may indicate, via system information, a carrier for reception of a downlink control channel scheduling a second random access message. A user equipment (UE) may initiate a random access procedure by transmitting, to the base station, a first random access message. The UE may monitor for and receive the downlink control channel scheduling the second random access message via the carrier indicated in the system information. The UE may receive the second random access message via the same carrier as the associated downlink control channel, or via a different carrier that may be indicated in the system information or in the downlink control channel transmission.

  • Patent number: 12099057
Abstract: Methods and systems are directed to multiplex detection of a bacterial pathogen in a sample. A first biotinylated lysin-derived cell wall binding domain is complexed with an avidin layer on a surface. A first bacterial pathogen detection complex including a second biotinylated lysin-derived cell wall binding domain, a detection domain, and an avidin linker complexed between the cell wall binding domain and the detection domain is also provided. The cell wall binding domains are derived from an endolysin, autolysin, bacteriocin, or exolysin, and are configured to bind a cell wall of a target bacterial pathogen. The detection domain includes one or more enzymes, fluorescent material, or DNA for emitting a signal for detection. Target bacterial pathogens present in a sample can thus be detected in a sandwich assay exhibiting increased selectivity and reduced limit of detection relative to traditional ELISA.
